John Pittenger - Participant

John Pittenger is senior vice president of corporate strategy for Koch Industries, Inc.

Mr. Pittenger serves on the boards of these Koch Industries subsidiaries:
Georgia-Pacific Equity Holdings, LLC, INVISTA B.V. and Molex Electronic
Technologies Holdings, LLC.

He began his career with Koch in 1991, and has held a variety of roles including director of corporate development, managing director of Koch Development Group, managing director of Koch Equities, president of Koch Domestic Capital Services, and president of Koch Ventures, LLC.

Prior experience includes consulting in the retail, oil and gas, food products, real estate, telecommunications, financial services, consumer goods, building materials, automotive and professional services industries.

Mr. Pittenger earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Princeton University. He also holds a juris doctor and a master’s of business administration from Harvard.
