Rachel Pohl - Staff

Rachel Pohl is a Project Manager at the Aspen Institute Communications and Society Program. In this role, she helps manage Roundtables and Dialogues, covering information and communication technology, open government, cyber security, and digital learning. Her projects include the Roundtable on Information Technology, Task Force on Learning and the Internet, and the Forum on Communications and Society.

Previously, Rachel worked at Vital Voices Global Partnership in the Online Communications Department, and at Walt Disney World in Communications & Marketing. She graduated cum laude from Hamilton College with a B.A. in Sociology and Hispanic Studies and received a M.A. from Georgetown University's Communication, Culture, and Technology Program with an Honors Certificate in International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service. Originally from Winter Park, Florida, she has lived abroad in Madrid, Spain, and Santiago, Chile, and speaks fluent Spanish.
