Terri Natoli - Participant

Terri B. Natoli is Corporate Vice President, Regulatory Affairs & Government Relations, responsible for Time Warner Cable’s broadband, Internet access, telecom and wireless federal regulatory policy and industry initiatives. She also represents TWC on the Broadband Internet Technical Advisory Group (BITAG), where she serves as a member of the Board of Directors.

Terri has over 34 years of experience in the communications regulatory and policy field. She has held corporate Vice President positions for Clearwire, a facilities-based wireless broadband provider, and Teligent, a fixed-wireless CLEC. She also spent more than three years in the Competition Policy Division of the FCC’s Wireline Bureau, where she last served as Division Chief. Terri spent several years in private practice representing a diverse base of telecom, satellite, and wireless clients, and also held regulatory policy positions with GTE Spacenet, and Sprint’s predecessor, SPCC.

Terri received her J.D. With Distinction from George Mason University Law School; her M.S. in Telecommunications from the George Washington University; and her B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Trinity College, Washington, DC, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
