Jeff Schwartz - Participant

Jeff Schwartz is a senior Human Capital Consulting partner with global and emerging markets experience in workforce strategies, leadership, learning, talent development, organization design, strategic change, and human resources (HR) strategies for corporations and government agencies. Jeff is the leader of the US firm’s future of work research and consulting services. From 2011 to 2016 he was based in Delhi and Mumbai, India, leading the Human Capital global delivery centers and advising the India Consulting practice. He is on the global Human Capital Consulting executive and the leader of Marketing, Eminence and Brand. Jeff is the founding and US managing partner for the US Israel Innovation Collaboration including an Innovation Tech Terminal which is a bridge connecting US and global companies with Israeli start-ups.

Jeff has lived and worked in India, Russia, Kenya, Nepal, Belgium and the US. He has graduate degrees in management from Yale University and public policy from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. He was one of the first associate directors of the US Peace Corps in the Russian Federation from 1992-1993 and a Fellow at the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Foundation from 1980-1981.

Jeff is an executive editor of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends report, one of the world’s leading annual reports on the future of HR, talent, and organizations, which he founded in 2011. In July 2017 he edited ten articles on navigating the future of work in Deloitte Review (Issue 21).
